Since leaving CCS, Mr. Clarke was the Technical Director of Functional Specifications for FXA Group. FXA
is a leading enterprise software development company focused on food
traceability solutions.
A graduate of UC Berkeley, Mr. Clarke was responsible for the
development of financial software applications FXA.
Prior to joining FXA, Mr. Clarke was the founder and CEO
of Creative Computer Solutions (CCS). CCS was an successful company that provided software systems and
services to housing authorities, municipal government, and utilities in the
United States., Canada, Barbados, Alaska, and Hawaii.
Since leaving CCS, Mr. Johnson was the Technology Director for FXA
Group. FXA is a leading
enterprise software development company focused on food traceability solutions.
A graduate of MIT (BS) and UCLA (MS and MBA), Steve Johnson was the
chief architect of FXA’s food industry applications. Mr. Johnson was the Chief
Technology Officer of Creative Computer Solutions, a value-added reseller of
financial applications for several UNIX and Windows platforms. At CCS, Mr. Johnson served
as the principal system architect and relational database designer for all of
the company’s applications.
Mr. Peterson has over 25 years of
experience in Information Systems technology: planning, design,
implementation, support and development. In his 17 years of working for CCS, Mr. Peterson served in a variety of roles, from application development to client support. He
was instrumental in establishing CCS's client support structure and
served as Vice President, Client Services prior to leaving CCS.
Since
leaving CCS in 1999, Mr. Peterson has served as a technical consultant
to many former CCS customers in the municipal government, housing

Lonna Clarke, Director of Implementation Services
Ms. Clarke has over 10 years experience with housing
authorities and CCS products. She is highly skilled in determining client
requirements and developing useful reports.
She has provided technical support for all CCS
applications on Unix and NT platforms as well as end user training for
subsidized housing applications.
Ms. Clarke holds a BA in Psychology from the University
of Nevada and an MBA from Park
University, MO. She also carries a Housing Manager
Certification and an Occupancy Specialist Certification.
Ms. Clarke is in charge of implementation planning,
monitoring, communications for new customers, including development and
agreements with clients on plans of action, lead responsibilities, work
sequences, and milestones. She also provides
initial training and help loading initial tables on client’s machine.
CCS application
specialties: accounts payable, bank reconciliation, inventory control,
purchasing, fixed assets, chart of accounts, general
ledger, accounts receivable, applicant tracking, call tracking, work orders, and job
costing.
Mr. Allison has worked with the CCS
municipal and public housing applications for over 18 years. His daily,
hands-on experience with CCS applications,
combined with the municipal and public housing work environment gives
comprehensive training for your staff.
Ms. Brown has NAHRO Certification in Public Housing
Management, is Adult Trainer Certified, has extensive knowledge of public
housing operations, and over 20 years experience training CCS
software.
Ms. Brown’s specific CCS
product specialties include housing eligibility, chart of accounts, HUD
reporting, maintenance work orders, modernization and development, PHMAP,
section 8, and tenant accounting. Other
product specialties include accounts payable, bank reconciliation, budget
preparation, employee budgeting, equipment maintenance, fixed assets,
payroll/human resources, and purchasing.
Ms. Cunningham worked for Creative Computer Solutions
(Emphasys Computer Solutions) for over 10 years. During that period, her duties included training,
writing user documentation, project management, senior consulting, product
support analyst, quality control for software enhancements, and member of the
design team for enhancing existing and creating new software.
Since 2000 Ms. Cunningham has been working as an independent
consultant to housing authorities, performing management services and helping
the housing authorities to refine procedures and write documentation for such
procedures that are within their housing plan and within HUD regulations. Her services also include the training of
appropriate staff members on their current software. She has worked with several PHA’s
helping them meet their HUD 50058 compliance scores.

Mr. Morales has vast
knowledge and understanding of information technology, grounded in over 15
years of experience. He served as director of IT for the Miami-Dade Housing
Authority. Since 2000 Mr. Morales has been contracted to work for
housing organizations in Chicago, IL; Harrisburg, PA; Baltimore, MD; Tampa, FL;
Chattanooga, TN; Indianapolis, IN; and Philadelphia, PA. Mr. Morales contributed to the Harvard “Public Housing Cost Study” and has provided consulting
work to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development in the
implementation of the final rule (CFR 24
Part 990).
Mr. Morales specializes in implementing automated solutions for
housing authorities using the ECS lib system by creating and implementing user
friendly bridges between the ECS database and Microsoft Office suite (Excel and
Access). He has developed management, demographic, and operational reports for various housing
authorities including Chicago Housing Authority, Chattanooga Housing Authority,
Memphis Housing Authority and Houston Housing Authority.
Mr. Morales is an expert in
building user interfaces between a multivalue database such as Unidata and a
windows environment using industry products like Vantage Point, Winlink and our
own in-house product Profile. He has vast experience in programming, tuning, maintaining, managing, and operating
ECS lib software.
