Progenixx provides support on an ongoing monthly fee basis,
or on a per call service basis.
ECS LIB and ECS Select products are proprietary products of
Emphasys Computer Solutions, Inc. or Harris Computer Systems. In
that regard, Progenixx may not be permitted to access source code to make
changes. Our legal counsel will review
your contracts and Progenixx will ensure that our methods do not violate
proprietary obligations of any client.
We will provide
support using the following method:
If the client has a legal copy of the source code that
Progenixx is allowed to access, we will make changes as required specifically
for that client. We will be careful not
to violate any proprietary obligations based on individual contracts.
If the client does not have a legal copy of the source code,
Progenixx will write entirely new code to correct problems as needed. This service will be included in our ongoing
monthly fee agreements.
The database is not proprietary and is owned by each
client. Progenixx will utilize our
knowledge of the products and your database to provide technical support as
indicated below:

architects of CCSLIB and CCSSelect as well as expert support personnel. Progenixx should be considered a valid bidder for support agreements for ECS LIB
and ECS Select software
Support Progenixx Products
Progenixx provides support on an ongoing monthly fee basis,
or on a per call service basis. Monthly
support agreements include regular support and continuous enhancements to the
products.
Report Generation
Progenixx provides support for report generation from design
through implementation. Reports will be
designed to meet your specific needs.
Progenixx also provides training in Query tools and Data Dictionary.
Custom Programming
Progenixx provides custom programming assistance for ECS LIB, ECS Select, and Progenixx products.
Custom projects will be fixed price bid or provided at an hourly
rate. All custom projects will be
carefully designed with signoff documents before actually coding begins.
Training
Progenixx provides training for ECS LIB, ECS Select, and
Progenixx products. Our training staff
has been providing training and consulting for ECS LIB and ECS Select products
for many years. Training will be
provided on-site for a per day fee plus expenses.
Follow-up training to user staff
reinforces user knowledge of the software application, and provides an overview
of system functionality. Review training
sessions may also be used to provide additional hands-on training to newly
hired staff and users, provide processing flow recommendations, review use of
system ad-hoc report generators, or assist users with new software application
features.
Conversion Assistance
Progenixx provides conversion assistance to Progenixx
products. Progenixx staff has many years
experience with ECS LIB and ECS Select products and also provides conversion
assistance from ECS LIB and ECS Select products to the products of other software
providers.
